Thomas Zetzsche is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network security and telephony systems. Currently serving as a Senior Network Security Engineer at AMAG Group since October 2021, Thomas has previously held key positions such as Head CRS Telephony at Sunrise UPC GmbH and Tech Lead Voice Solutions at UPC Schweiz GmbH. With a career spanning over two decades, Thomas has also worked as an ICT System Engineer at ARKTIS AG and enforce ag, and as a Telematiker at Elektro Bau AG Rothrist. Thomas holds a CAS in Cybersecurity and Information Risk Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland, and a Telematiker FA from Berufsschule Aarau.
