Clarissa Yerkes

Clarissa Yerkes currently serves as the Head of US & EMEA Talent Acquisition and Global DEI Lead at Amagi Corporation, a cloud technology pioneer for TV networks and content owners, since January 2023. Prior to this role, Clarissa held the position of RPO Director at Randstad Enterprise in 2022 and spent nearly a decade at Welocalize in various leadership roles, including Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Director of Talent Strategy & Recruitment. Clarissa began their career as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Adaptive Globalization and has also worked as an Adjunct Professor of World History at Mt. San Jacinto College and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at California State University, Northridge. Clarissa holds a Master of Arts in History from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Phoenix.
