Kathy Martin

Kathy Martin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kathy most recently worked at Amalgamated Bank as a First Vice President, handling Compensation & Benefits. Prior to that, they were a Senior Human Resources Consultant at SALO Consulting. Kathy also held various positions at HAVI Group, including Director of Human Resources Business Partner and Director of Global Total Rewards. Kathy worked at Calamos Investments as a Manager of Total Rewards and HRIS, and at Lucent Technologies as an HR Business Partner. Early in their career, Kathy was with Heller Financial, where they worked as an HR Representative and Senior Compensation Analyst. Kathy also served as an HRIS Analyst and gained experience in areas such as recruitment, employee counseling, and salary administration.

Kathy Martin has a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Loyola University Chicago. Kathy also holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology/Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
