Dedy Ardiansyah has over 25 years of work experience in the IT industry, with a focus on hospitality systems. Dedy started their career as an EDP Manager at Novotel Manado in 1996. Dedy then worked as a Project Manager at Micros-Fidelio Indonesia and Micros-Fidelio Philippines from 1997 to 1999, where they specialized in system implementation. In 1999, they became a Project Manager at Micros-Fidelio Indonesia, overseeing various projects until 2000. From 2000 to 2013, Dedy worked as a Principal Consultant Technical Service at Micros-Fidelio Japan Co.Ltd, where they provided technical expertise and consulting services. Currently, Dedy holds a role as the Cluster Director of IT at AMAN, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Cluster IT Manager at AMAN from 2013 to 2021.
