Prior to this role, Delio held various positions at Gansevoort Hotel Group from September 2009 to February 2018, including Reservations Manager, Assistant Reservations Manager, and Reservations Agent. Delio began a career in the hospitality industry at Grand Hotels NYC, working as a Reservations Agent from August 2004 to September 2009.
