Kelly (O'Neill) Walsh has a strong background in sales and marketing in the hospitality industry. Kelly started their career as a Global Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 2010 and worked there until 2013. Kelly then joined The Lowell Hotel as a Sales Manager from October 2013 to January 2015. Kelly then took on the role of Director of Travel Industry Sales at FRHI Hotels & Resorts (now part of AccorHotels) from January 2015 to January 2017. Kelly further advanced their career at Kerzner International as a Manager of Leisure Sales, North America from January 2017 to January 2019. Currently, Kelly is working as the Regional Director of Sales, Eastern Region - US & Canada at AMAN since January 2019.

Kelly (O'Neill) Walsh attended Mount Saint Josephs Academy from 2002 to 2006. Kelly then went on to study at Northeastern University from 2006 to 2010, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. In 2009, Kelly had a brief period of study at Charles University, focusing on Czech, History, and Poetry.
