Lillian Cheam has a strong background in spa and wellness operations. Lillian is currently the Global Head of Spa Operations at AMAN, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to that, Lillian had an extensive tenure with the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Lillian served as the Senior Director of Spa & Wellness from May 2016 to January 2021. Before that, they held various positions within the company, including Senior Spa Director in Paris, Director of Rooms & Spa in Macau, and Spa Operations Manager in Sanya. Lillian's experience spans over a decade, demonstrating their expertise in managing spa and wellness operations for luxury hotels and resorts.
Lillian Cheam completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Hospitality Administration/Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education in 2000.
