Michele Nargi is a prominent culinary leader with extensive experience in high-profile hospitality roles. Currently serving as Global Head of Culinary for AMAN and its newly launched brand, Janu, since February 2019, Michele oversees operations and development on a global scale. Prior experience includes Corporate Executive Chef at The Ned from January 2017 to February 2019, where Michele managed a large team and multiple dining establishments, and Executive Chef at Soho House & Co, responsible for three restaurants and Cecconi’s in Mayfair. Additionally, Michele held the position of Head Chef at Zafferano Italian Restaurant, a distinguished establishment awarded one Michelin Star.
