Olivier Jolidon has extensive experience in digital marketing and CRM roles. Olivier most recently worked as the Global Head of CRM, Insights & Analytics at AMAN since January 2022. Prior to that, they were the Global Director of CRM & Business Intelligence at AMAN from January 2020 to January 2022. Before joining AMAN, they worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as the Director of Digital & CRM from February 2017 to January 2020. Olivier was responsible for developing and implementing affiliate e-commerce strategies and supporting brand paid media activities. Olivier also has experience in the hotel industry, having worked at FRHI Hotels & Resorts as the Director of Digital Marketing for Europe and Senior Manager of Ecommerce for the Swissotel brand. Olivier started their career with an internship in web marketing at Belmond. Overall, Olivier has a strong background in digital marketing and CRM, with a focus on e-commerce strategies, paid media, and brand integrity.
Olivier Jolidon completed their Bachelor of Science in Études internationales/globales at EHL from 2001 to 2005. In 2012, they pursued a program on EU Negotiations in Practice, specializing in mastering the art of negotiations, at the College of Europe. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they obtained their Global MBA in Marketing international from the Alliance Manchester Business School.
