Carmit Shlush Einhorn possesses extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, having served as a Team Leader and Recruiter at Aman Computers since September 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates from interviews to onboarding. Prior work at CPS JOBS from August 2005 to August 2009 involved similar recruitment tasks across various technical fields. Earlier experience as a Human Resources Officer in the IDF spanned from April 1996 to October 2004. Carmit holds an M.A. in Human Resource from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Public Administration and Policy from Sapir College.
