Roxana Vera has an extensive background in education and legal assistance, currently serving as a Literacy Coach and Intervention Crew Leader at Amana Academy Charter School since October 2009. Previously, Roxana held the position of Educator at Miami Dade County Public Schools from August 2005 to June 2009. Prior to entering the education sector, Roxana worked as a Legal Assistant in various law firms from January 1988 to July 2005. Roxana holds a Master of Education (MEd) from Nova Southeastern University, completed in 2009, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business and Professional Management from the same institution, earned in 1999. Roxana's educational foundation began with a high school diploma from Our Lady of Lourdes Academy achieved in 1985.
