Mario Alvarado has extensive work experience in supply chain and logistics management. Mario has held various leadership roles in well-known companies such as AMANN Group, Doskocil Manufacturing (d/b/a Petmate), Corsicana Mattress Company, Coats, Coats & Clark Inc., and Cervecería Hondureña.
Mario'smost recent position was as the Managing Director of AMANN USA. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain at Doskocil Manufacturing and the Vice President of Supply Chain & Analytics at Corsicana Mattress Company.
Before that, Mario held the title of Director of Supply Chain at Coats, where they oversaw supply chain and distribution in North America. Additionally, they had various logistics management roles at Coats, including Logistic Director for Central America, Logistics Manager for Mexico, and Logistics Manager for Central America.
At the beginning of their career, Mario worked as a Supply Chain Planner at Cervecería Hondureña.
Mario Alvarado attended the INCAE Business School and studied Supply Chain Management until 2008. Before that, they studied Management, Finance, and Marketing at EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey until 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Privada de San Pedro Sula - USAP in 1999.
