Thu Tran

Thu Tran currently serves as Chief of Staff at Amanotes since March 2023. Previously, Thu held the position of Chief Operations Officer at NovaTech Group from February 2022 to November 2022, managing Human Resources, Administration, Risk Management, Process Mapping, and Compliance. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Amanotes, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and several other organizations, focusing on people management, organizational development, and talent acquisition. Thu’s educational background includes an MBA from both IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School and French Vietnamese School of Management, alongside leadership training from the Institute of Potential Leaders and a Bachelor’s in International Business from Foreign Trade University.
