Chihshen Chuang

Chihshen Chuang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal audit and risk management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Internal Audit at A-Mark Precious Metals, Inc. since November 2018, Chihshen has held multiple roles in the internal audit sector, including Director and Sr. Internal Audit Manager. Prior to this, Chihshen worked at PwC from July 2014 to November 2018 as a Risk Assurance Senior Associate, where expertise in risk assessment, compliance, and business performance enhancement was applied. Chihshen's career began at Cathay Bank in 2014 as a SOX Analyst, focusing on compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Earlier experience includes a role as an Accounting Assistant at Eurobiz, Inc. Chihshen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Math from UC San Diego.
