Gavin Worsdale, PMP, P.E., is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in the logistics and fulfillment sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Industrial Launch & Execution at Amazon since October 2020. Worsdale leads a team focused on delivering high-impact projects for various grocery distribution centers while effectively communicating risks and strategies to senior leadership. Previously, Worsdale held roles at Amazon as Senior Program Manager and Program Manager, successfully launching major distribution centers and improving operational efficiencies. Prior experience at Evonik included roles as Project Engineer, participating in significant engineering projects, and engaging in a diverse rotational program across multiple business lines. Worsdale holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and completed high school with an International Baccalaureate Diploma at UWC South East Asia.
