Isaiah Shay is a senior HR leader at Amazon, overseeing employee relations and human resources processes across eight delivery locations in the Pacific Northwest, with a focus on Oregon and Washington. Previously, Isaiah led five delivery stations in Oregon, managing a team of HR Business Partners and numerous hourly associates and leaders. In earlier roles at Amazon, Isaiah directed operations for delivery sites, successfully launching a new delivery station shortly after joining. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Broker at ERA Sellers & Buyers Real Estate, where a business plan was developed to facilitate real estate transactions in Albuquerque, and various managerial positions at Target, including Store Director and Human Resource Manager, leading teams and overseeing operations in multiple retail stores. Currently, Isaiah is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California, following a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from New Mexico State University.

It publishes books through its publishing arm, Amazon Publishing, film and television content through Amazon Studios, and has been the owner of film and television studio Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer since March 2022.
