Heather Sautter has extensive work experience in corporate and marketing communications. Heather currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate and Marketing Communications at AMB Sports + Entertainment since September 2021. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Director of Corporate, Marketing, and Communications at the same company from February 2016 to October 2021. In this position, Heather led strategic communications efforts across the Blank Family of Businesses, including the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and PGA TOUR Superstore.
Before joining AMB Sports + Entertainment, Heather worked as the Vice President of Public Relations at Cooper Holdings, Inc. from December 2014 to February 2016. Heather also held various roles at Turner Broadcasting System, starting from a Publicist position at TNT/TBS in September 2004, eventually moving up to become the Director of Turner Entertainment Publicity from June 2013 to December 2014. During their time at Turner Broadcasting System, Heather collaborated with various departments to develop and execute creative publicity campaigns for entertainment properties and brands.
Heather's work experience also includes a role as an HR Manager at Incanta from March 2000 to April 2001, where they provided HR management and support to a client group of 65+ staff members. Heather began their career as an HR Representative at BellSouth in 1997.

Heather Sautter completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work at Florida State University from 1992 to 1996. Heather continued their education at Georgia State University from 1997 to 1999, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management.
