Latonda Henderson has extensive work experience in various leadership roles focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Latonda is currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at AMB Sports and Entertainment since March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the same company from October 2021 to March 2023. Latonda joined the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation in 2017 as the Director of Community Activation for The Home Depot Backyard at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. In their role, they led business strategy, marketing operations, community programming, and revenue generation. Before that, Latonda worked as a Strategy Senior Manager at North Highland from 2013 to 2016. Latonda also gained valuable international experience as an International Fellow at the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations in 2012, where they engaged with civil society leaders and professionals from various regions. Latonda'searlier career includes managerial roles at Deloitte Consulting and Accenture, where they focused on account management and strategy and operations.
