Elian's career includes a significant tenure as Director of Hotel Operations at Global Maritime Group, overseeing multiple brands, and as Human Resources Manager - Senior Recruiter at sea chefs Human Resources Services GmbH, where Elian developed the recruitment process for Tui Cruises. Additional roles include Recruitment & Entertainment Manager at Passat Shipmanagement Ltd & Transocean Kreuzfahrten GmbH, Hotel Manager for the new opening of the Swiss Ruby at Scylla AG, and Hotel Manager at Viking Cruises.
