Kenneth (Ken) Norris is an accomplished mining executive with extensive experience in operations management and project development. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Ambatovy Joint-Venture since March 2022, Kenneth previously held leadership positions, including Director of Mine Operations at Firefinch Limited and Managing Director at Lundin Mining Corporation, where significant improvements in financial performance and operational efficiency were achieved. Kenneth's expertise encompasses overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets, negotiating labor agreements, and spearheading project feasibility studies, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and governance. Kenneth holds an MBA with Distinction from Edinburgh Business School and a BApSc in Mining and Mineral Process Engineering from The University of British Columbia.

Ambatovy is a major industrial operation mining and refining nickel and cobalt in Madagascar.
