Amber Grid AB is a Lithuania-based natural gas transmission system operator. The Company is responsible for the natural gas transmission (transportation of high pressure pipeline) system for users of natural gas infrastructure, operation, maintenance and development. The Company's transmission system mainly consists of gas pipelines, gas compressor stations, metering stations and distribution pipelines corrosion protection devices, data transmission and communication systems. Amber Grid AB is the European Network of Transmission System Operators (ENTSOG) associate member. On May 21, 2014, UAB EPSO-G became a major shareholder in the Company, with a stake of 56.6%.
