Since he joined the Company in 1996, Mr. Melo held various sales positions, including Sales Manager, Commercial Manager in Salvador and in São Paulo, Regional Sales Executive Officer in the Northeast and in Rio de Janeiro, as well as Sales Vice-President of Ambev operations in Canada and Sales Strategy Vice-President at Anheuser-Busch InBev, in the United States. He holds a degree in civil engineering from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco and a Corporate MBA from Ambev.
