Mark Brown

Mark Brown, CPA, CGMA, currently serves as Vice President of Accounting at AmbioPharm since October 2024. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of VP, Financial Controls, Global Controller at Veristat from August 2023 to November 2024, and was Vice President and Controller at Advanced Group from May 2021 to August 2023. Mark has extensive experience in accounting and finance, having previously worked as Corporate Controller and Director of Accounting at AmbioPharm from March 2018 to May 2021, and held various financial leadership roles in organizations such as Augusta Sportswear, Performance Fibers, and Bovis Lend Lease. Mark's expertise includes financial planning, audit management, and international financial compliance, supported by an educational background in Accounting from Binghamton University.
