Rick Morales

Rick Morales has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and community engagement roles. Rick has held leadership positions in various companies and organizations, including Ambiq, where they are currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition. Prior to joining Ambiq, Rick worked at NI (National Instruments) as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and also served as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager. Rick has also worked at AMD as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant and at Reffett Associates as the Director of Executive Search.
