Sergii Smyrnov

Sergii Smyrnov is an experienced Engineering Manager currently leading the Search team at AMBOSS since January 2020, where responsibilities include facilitating goal settings and fostering professional development among engineers. Previously served as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on improving code quality for data scientists. Prior experience includes roles as Technical Lead and Software Engineer at NewStore, Inc., where development of physical delivery services and micro-services took place, as well as positions at Delivery Hero Austria GmbH and Unisport A/S, contributing to backend development and eCommerce site creation. Sergii began a career in telecommunications as Head of Information Processing Group at STC Omnis, overseeing automated reporting tools and radio network tests. Educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Radio and Television from Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.
