Patrick Pirozzi is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in underwriting and corporate legal services. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Ambridge Group since February 2017, Patrick has held various leadership roles including Senior Underwriting Manager and Underwriting Counsel. Prior to this position, experience includes serving as a Due Diligence Attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where Patrick focused on legal due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Additional experience encompasses roles as an Associate at the Law Office of Rose Marie Sardo, judicial internships with notable judges, and foundational roles such as Legal Assistant and Intern. Patrick holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
