Samantha Apodaca

Samantha Apodaca is a Consultant at Fabric Genomics, specializing in variant interpretation of SNVs and CNVs, as well as gene curation, since June 2021. Prior experience includes genetic counseling internships at Innovative Gx Laboratories, CHOC Children's, Dr. Herb Brar Maternal and Fetal Medicine, and Hoag Hospital, where Samantha worked on pharmacogenetic data, patient counseling for metabolic conditions, and genetic testing discussions. An internship at Invitae involved interpreting genetic variants using advanced visualization tools.
