Mika Välilä

Mika Välilä has extensive work experience in the IT field. Mika is currently a Senior Director of Digital Strategy, Architecture, and Master Data at Ambu A/S, where they are a member of the IT leadership team. Mika'sresponsibilities include overseeing global master data, digital strategy, enterprise architecture, and enterprise data and integration platforms.

Prior to their current role, Mika held various positions at LEO Pharma, including Senior Director of Strategy and Architecture, Senior Director of Digital Business Platforms, and Senior Director of Service Delivery. In these roles, they were responsible for establishing new functions to support the company's digital transformation, managing digital strategies and roadmaps, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT services.

Before joining LEO Pharma, Mika worked at Takeda Pharmaceuticals as the Head of Service Delivery for the CCO IS/IT division. Mika was responsible for delivering global shared IS/IT services to the company's commercial organization.

Mika also gained experience at Nycomed as an IS/IT Service Delivery Director, T-Systems as an International Delivery Manager, and Kerfi and AstraZeneca as a Senior Consultant.
