Hiba Mirza

Hiba Mirza currently serves as the Director of Customer Service for Streaming Operations at AMC Networks since March 2025. Previously, Hiba held the position of Manager in the Viewer Experience PMO within Business Operations at Disney Streaming from October 2020 to February 2025, and also worked as an International Program Manager focusing on Viewer Experience. Prior to Disney, Hiba was a Senior Consultant and Senior Consultant Intern in Digital Strategy at IBM from June 2018 to October 2020. Hiba's career began at S&P Global Market Intelligence, where the roles included Manager of Client Services and Product Consultant from July 2014 to April 2017. Hiba holds an MBA specializing in Strategy and Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BBA in Business Administration and Management from SMU Cox School of Business.
