Theresa Foss has extensive work experience in the real estate and apartment management industry. Theresa began their career at Equity Residential in 1993, starting out as a leasing consultant and working their way up to become the Director of Project Management. During their time at Equity Residential, Theresa worked on major mergers and was involved in onboarding and training for over 112 properties. In 2003, they joined Corum Real Estate Group, Inc. as the Director of Marketing and Training, overseeing operations and budgeting for the Mountain Region. Finally, in 2006, they joined Apartment Management Consultants LLC where they held various roles, including Vice President and their current position as Senior Vice President of Operations.
Theresa Foss pursued their education at the University of New Mexico from 1988 to 2003. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics.
