Ivan Koncani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical leadership and production planning. Currently serving as Technical Team Lead at AMCS Group since February 2022, Ivan has previously held various roles including Software Developer and Associate Software Developer. Prior experience includes positions at Burgmann Packings Group, where responsibilities encompassed production and logistics planning alongside IT support, and Future Plastics Thermoforming, focusing on production planning and quality control in the automotive and aerospace sectors. Ivan's background also includes a role as New Product Development Planning Analyst at Intel Corporation, as well as management and operational roles at AD Plastik Group, where significant improvements in production efficiency were achieved. Moreover, Ivan began a career in sales and consultation at Robert Bosch Tool Corporation. Educationally, Ivan holds a degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Technical School in Split, Croatia.
