Jonathan Tintinger serves as the Senior Manager - Technical Solar at AMEA Power since January 2021, where responsibilities include leading the Solar Technical Team and overseeing various phases of project development, particularly for a significant 500MWac project in Egypt. Previously, Jonathan held roles as an Electrical Engineer at Scatec Solar, leading projects in Pakistan and Vietnam, and contributing to the South African Round 4 Projects. Jonathan also gained valuable experience as a Renewable Energy Engineer at Mott MacDonald, focusing on technical advisory for PV projects across Africa, and as an Electrical Engineer in both utility-scale PV design and engineering training roles. Academic credentials include a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.
