Iris-Valerie Stracke began their work experience in 2015 as a Research Staff Member at the Medical University of Vienna's Center for Brain Research Vienna, where they served from March to August. Iris-Valerie then joined the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) as a Researcher, with a tenure lasting from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, Iris-Valerie became the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Research and Development at Better Predictions, responsible for overseeing daily business operations, managing staff, and supervising research projects until January 2019. Afterwards, they worked as a Freelance Consultant for Digital Health Startups from October 2017 to July 2019, focusing on providing clinical strategy guidance and aiding in team building and operational scalability. Finally, Iris-Valerie joined Amelia Virtual Care in July 2019 as an Operations Manager until October 2020, when they were promoted to the role of Head of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs, which they currently hold.

Iris-Valerie Stracke completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Vienna from 2012 to 2016. Later, from 2016 to 2017, they pursued a Master's degree at the Universitat de Barcelona, specializing in Research in Behavior and Cognition.
