Ed Dailey

Ed Dailey serves as a Board Member and Financial Advisor at Amenify, where a technology platform connects apartment buildings and homes with onsite services. Previously, Ed held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Invoy, a company specializing in weight management solutions. A significant portion of Ed's career includes serving as a Finance & Strategy Consultant for various early-stage companies from 2002 to 2021, focusing on revenue growth and operational improvement. Additional experience includes interim CFO positions at Motility Software Solutions and IKANO Communications, where successful turnarounds and strategic growth initiatives were implemented. Ed was also the CFO at ezboard, Inc., a venture-backed online community service, directing financing rounds leading to a successful exit. Ed earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.
