Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, management, and compliance. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has established an online store specializing in organic body care products. In addition to this role, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's experience also includes working as a nutritionist at a private practice and as a university lecturer, teaching subjects related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
