Alicia Hubbard Booker

Alicia Hubbard Booker has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alicia began their career in the US Army in 1992, where they worked in Human Resources for over two decades until September 2015. In 2016, they joined AECOM as part of the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for full lifecycle recruiting and screening candidates for various positions. In April 2019, they were promoted to Lead Technical Recruiter within the same company. Alicia currently works at Amentum as a Lead Technical Recruiter since January 2020.

Alicia Hubbard Booker obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University in 2017. Previously, from 2004 to 2010, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Brenau University.
