Rachel Dailey

Rachel Dailey is an experienced program manager currently overseeing the animal adoption program at Laila's Legacy Animal Rescue, where responsibilities include managing daily operations, developing policies, and ensuring animal health and readiness for adoption. Previously, Rachel held multiple positions at Amentum, including Unit Manager for Program Support, managing financial and delivery statuses for the Armament Cooperative Project, and providing oversight for financial management processes. During tenure at ICI Services Corporation, roles included International Programs Analyst and providing program management support for the Unmanned and Small Combatants International Programs. Additional experience includes positions at Alion Science and Technology, Carnegie Science Center, and various educational institutions, contributing to diverse skill sets in financial analysis, project management, and customer service. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese and International Studies from The Ohio State University and continues education at East China Normal University.
