Ioana Tantu

Ioana Tantu is an accomplished Senior Tax Manager at Amer Sports since May 2022, with extensive experience in international tax management and planning. Previously, Ioana held the role of Head of Tax at Ferratum Group from April 2013 to May 2021, overseeing all international tax affairs and advising on business expansion, compliance, and tax optimization strategies. Prior to Ferratum, Ioana worked as a Senior Tax Consultant at Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii and a Senior Consultant at KPMG Romania, providing expert tax advice and managing complex tax issues for domestic and international clients. Ioana holds a degree in Finance from West University of Timisoara.
