Prior to this role, Leonard held the position of Eddy Current Technician at MISTRAS Group, Inc. from January 2014 to October 2015, where skills in advanced inspection techniques were further developed. With a background in Eddy Current technology, Leonard has demonstrated a strong commitment to quality and safety in engineering practices.
