Heather Jank, CPA has a diverse work experience in various roles related to accounting and finance. Heather started their career in 1995 as an Accounting Manager at Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems, where they were responsible for accounts payable and general ledger functions. Heather later became the Manager of Revenue Accounting. In 1997, they joined Triton Energy Corporation as Corporate Accounting Manager. Heather managed the corporate accounting activities for the international oil and gas exploration company until it was acquired by Amerada Hess in 2001. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as an Assistant Controller at Toreador Resources Corporation. Following that, from 2007 to 2008, they served as an Accounting Advisor at Hess Corporation for their Northwest Europe division. In 2008, they joined Kosmos Energy LLC as an Assistant Controller, responsible for financial reporting and assisting in the preparation of an initial public offering. In 2012, they transitioned to Stanford Energy as an Assistant Controller. Later in 2012, they moved to Texas American Resources as a Controller, where they worked until 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Controller at Ameredev.
Heather Jank, CPA obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. In addition, they also attended Tarrant County College from 1992 to 1993. Heather Jank obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in November 1997.
