Joe Kimlinger

Joe Kimlinger has extensive work experience in the energy and construction industry. Joe currently serves as a Construction Project Lead at Ameren since March 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Hanson Professional Services Inc. as a Sr. Project Manager from August 2018 to March 2019. Before that, they held various roles at Dynegy, including Sr. Director - Outage Management, Director of Outage Management, Construction Manager, Sr. Environmental Professional, Ash Manager, and Civil Engineer, spanning from 1991 to 2018. Joe also worked at CB&I as a Construction Inspector, Fabrication Shop Inspector/Maintenance, and Staff Engineer from 1990 to 1991.

Joe Kimlinger earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1989. Joe later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Civil Engineering from the same university in 1990. In 1997, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Illinois State University. Additionally, Joe Kimlinger obtained a Professional Engineer certification from the State of Illinois in November 1994.
