Steven Holdener

Steven Holdener started their work experience in 2000 as a Software Developer at Enterprise Rent-a-Car. Steven then worked as a Software Developer at MasterCard Inc. from 2002 to 2004 and as a Software Developer, Consultant at Express Scripts, Inc. from 2004 to 2005. In 2005, they worked as a Software Developer at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and then returned to Express Scripts, Inc. as a Software Developer from 2005 to 2007. Steven also served as an Intern in the Office of Innovation and Intellectual Property at Saint Louis University in 2007. Steven then joined bioMéRieux in 2007 as a Senior Software Engineer until 2008. Steven worked at Armstrong Teasdale LLP as an Associate in the Intellectual Property Services Group from 2008 to 2012. At bioMérieux, they held various roles including Lead Software Engineer from 2012 to 2015 and Software Engineering Manager & Systems Development Cybersecurity Lead from 2015 to 2019. Currently, they are working as the Application Security Lead at Ameren since 2019.

Steven Holdener has a Certificate in System Design and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, obtained between 2018 and 2019. Steven also has a J.D. degree in Intellectual Property from Saint Louis University School of Law, obtained between 2004 and 2008. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia, obtained between 1996 and 1999. In addition, Steven has a certification in GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAPT) from GIAC Certifications, obtained in January 2020.
