Insik Kim has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Insik started their career as a Designer at Shin Jang Kyoung Trans Mode Inc. in 1997 and worked there until 2004. In 2008, they joined Andrew Marc as an Assistant Designer and remained in that position until 2010. Since 2010, Insik has been working at Amerex Group as the Design Director for One Madison and Jones New York Outerwear.
Insik Kim's education history includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Oriental Art Painting from Konkuk University, which was obtained between the years 1992 and 1997. In 2007, Insik Kim also completed an Associate in Applied Science degree in Fashion/Apparel Design, specializing in Sportswear and Tailoring, at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
