Jessica Diede, CPPM, is a seasoned professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at the American Academy of Neurology since October 2022, Jessica previously held the position of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Project Manager for Talent Acquisition at Optum, where responsibilities included driving DEI strategy and enhancing recruitment processes. Prior roles include Senior Diversity and Inclusion Specialist at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., where Jessica advanced DEI initiatives through program execution and stakeholder engagement, and Practice Group Administrator at Robins Kaplan LLP, focusing on operational and strategic support within practice groups. Jessica's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Southwest Minnesota State University and certification as a Professional Project Manager from the University of St. Thomas.
