Steve Pacheco is an accomplished advertising and marketing professional with over 30 years of experience. Currently serving as President and CEO of the American Advertising Federation since June 2019, Pacheco previously held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Ducks Unlimited from May 2018 to July 2019, overseeing all marketing functions at the organization. Prior to that, Pacheco spent more than two decades at FedEx, where Steve was the Director of Advertising and Sponsorship Marketing, responsible for leveraging the company's extensive sponsorship portfolio. Pacheco also served as the Director of Advertising and Marketing Communications at International Paper and was an Executive Vice President and Partner at Humphreys Ink Inc. Pacheco holds a BFA in Journalism from The University of Memphis.
