Stefanie Nelson has extensive experience in customer service and client relations, currently serving as a Client Relations Specialist at American Auto Shield since June 2017. Prior to this role, Stefanie worked as a Customer Service Representative at Verizon for a decade, from June 2007 to May 2017, and held the position of Shift Leader at Kwik Trip, Inc. from 2003 to 2007. Stefanie graduated from Apple Valley High School in 2005.
