Edmond Lam

Edmond Lam is an accomplished chemist currently serving as the Assistant Director of the ACS Green Chemistry Institute at the American Chemical Society since July 2023. Lam holds an adjunct professor position at McGill University in the Department of Chemistry from October 2021 to September 2024. Prior experience includes a long tenure at the National Research Council Canada, where Lam functioned as a Senior Research Officer and Team Lead in various capacities within the Aquatic and Crop Resource Development Research Centre. Academic contributions also include a role as a Research Associate at McGill University and as a Research Scientist at Electrovaya. Edmond Lam's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Toronto and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of British Columbia.
