Florjan Hyka

Florjan Hyka is a seasoned professional with a strong background in program management and operations. Currently serving as Manager of ACP Programs at American Corporate Partners since November 2017, Florjan leads a team of six members, overseeing the management of over 500 mentorships while ensuring quality assurance and performance optimization. Responsibilities include strategizing to achieve organizational goals and identifying process improvements in collaboration with executive management.
