Micah McPherson

Micah McPherson is an experienced professional in operations training and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Lead Operations Trainer at American Cruise Lines since January 2022. In this role, Micah oversees the training of new hires and has developed a train-the-trainer program. Prior positions include Operations Trainer, where skills for entry-level employees were taught, and Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on recruiting for hospitality positions. Micah's experience also includes an internship in Organizational Development at Integrated Business Corps and a role as a Sales Representative at BK Marketing, with a background in door-to-door sales for pest control companies.
