Dan Varano

Dan Varano is an experienced franchise owner at AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care in Naples since August 2006, where responsibilities include operations management, sales tracking, and the development of strategies to enhance productivity and customer retention. Varano has also contributed to the Grand Opening Operations Development (GOOD) program, assisting new franchisees with sales and management processes to optimize their initial business performance.
